SHIPMENT POLICY

1, Shipping company that we used & Delivery time

Dear customers, we ship via FedEx and DHL Express normally every day during work (Monday to Saturday Morning). Orders received after 5:30 pm will be processed the next business day. Free shipping worldwide.

United States: 2-4 days business days after ordered

Other countries: 5-7days business days after ordered

Special customized products will be delivered about 10-15 business days, please understand.

2. Shipping delayed

If shipping was delayed, please send your order numbers or tracking numbers to eimybeauty2020@gmail.com to find out the reason.

Shipping delay may occur because of holidays, extreme bad weather stuff. Just contact us via eimybeauty2020@gmail.com and we are ready to help.

3, Check out status of order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order (except special customization order) within 24 business hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at eimybeauty2020@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4, P.O. boxes

We don't ship to P.O. boxes. We would contact you to change the address before we ship out your order.


Note:
1. If the tariffs are caused by the buyer, the buyer is responsible.
2.If the package is lost due to force majeure, the seller will compensate the buyer for the equivalent
3.If the seller needs to cancel the order after the goods are shipped, the buyer will be responsible for the costs incurred in this process
