Process time of dealing return request: within 24 business hours after received your return request. (Please keep in mind that it may be 24-48 business hours when  holidays)

1.Under the following conditions, you can request a return

(1) The customer unpacked and inspected in front of the delivery person when he received the goods, and found that the goods had quality problems;

(2) The actual receipt of the goods is very different from what is described on the website;

(3) Those who are dissatisfied with or dislike of the goods within 30 days of receipt of the goods (under the guarantee that they are not used and the packaging accessories are complete).

2. In the following circumstances, refuse to return

(1) Goods that have been used for more than 30 days or have been used will not be returned, and those that have been used will not be returned or exchanged;

(2) The returned goods are incomplete or the appearance is damaged;

(3) Products are not provided by us;

(4) If the paper bag or packaging box is defective, the product is returned with quality problems;

(5) If there is no quality problem in the goods themselves, the goods are returned for quality reasons.

(6) Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as wig cap). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3. Description of the return process

(1) Contact our customer service staff in time, explain the reason for the return and fill in the application form to submit to the customer service staff to confirm the return;

(2) Send the goods back to the address provided by the customer service staff

(3) After the company receives the goods, after confirming the goods, we will reschedule the delivery if it is a replacement, and if it is returned, we will refund to your previous payment like credit card.

4. Postage instructions for return

(1) If the product is returned or returned without quality problems, the customer shall bear the return shipping fee;

(2) For the return of quality problems, our company shall bear the order and return the freight.

5. Precautions for returns

(1) When returning the goods, all accessories (labels, bags, etc.) related to the wigs should be sent back. No return will be given for missing accessories or damage to the original packaging. If there is a package with quality problems, please send it back together with the original express packaging bag;

(2) Our company adopts a three-level supervision system to ensure that the products will not be missed or under-delivered. For the report of under-delivered products, a certified third-party certificate is required to reissue or refund the payment. Our company does not accept the unilateral application of the customer for refund and reissue

(Third party certification method: 1. Notary office certification 2. Inventory the goods with the freight company personnel when receiving the goods. If there is a shortage of goods, please ask the freight company to issue a certificate)

(3) The return and exchange of goods will always use courier prepaid parts (guests pay the freight first); we will refuse and return the express courier items to the consumer directly; the related use will be borne by the consumer himself

(4) If there are gifts, etc, please return them together

6, Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
